Are you a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can drive people strategies while strengthening HR operations?

We are looking for a Head of HR to lead the HR function, partner with business leaders, and drive organisational effectiveness across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations and performance management.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition and foreign worker management.
• Lead and develop the HR team across two business entities.
• Drive HR analytics, reporting and data-driven decision-making for senior management and the Board.
• Review payroll processes, HR systems and operational efficiency.
• Support regional recruitment activities across two SEA entities.

Requirements:

1. Proven HR leadership experience within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
2. Strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment and foreign worker management.
3. Strategic HR business partnering capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
5. Results-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
6. Willing to station between Cheras and Nilai.
