工作內容:
帶領及管理店舖團隊,提升銷售表現及服務質素

制定及執行銷售策略,帶領團隊達成及超越業務目標

分析銷售數據及市場趨勢,提出具前瞻性的改善方案

培育及發展團隊成員,打造高效及具凝聚力的團隊文化

處理日常營運及人員管理工作,確保團隊順利運作

入職條件:
具3-5年或以上零售管理經驗,如有二手買賣經驗將優先考慮

積極主動、勤力、富責任感、樂觀及有良好的顧客服務態度

具備良好的領導力,能啟發及帶領團隊持續進步

流利廣東話,良好英語及普通話

擁有較多相關銷售經驗者可被考慮為Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.

Lead, train, and motivate the team members to meet monthly goals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience

Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years’ experience to lead a team in retail store operation , with 2nd hand industry experience will be an advantage;

Proactive, highly responsible, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Mature and able to work independently with Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team toward continuous improvement

Candidates with more relevant sales experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.

Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred
