Minimum Diploma qualification

Manage and update products on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others.

Update prices, stock, promotions, and ensure all product information is accurate.

Analyze sales performance and provide periodic reports.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure daily orders, including packing and pickup of goods for delivery, run smoothly.

Handle customer chats politely and responsively.

Ensure stock is neatly arranged and inventory is always organized.

Responsible for finding, identifying, and managing collaborations with influencers/content creators to increase brand awareness and product sales through social media platforms.

Adhoc tasks
