Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in steel fabrication, construction, structural works, or related industries is an added advantage.

Good understanding of civil construction practices, site coordination, drawings, measurements, and basic project documentation.

Willing to travel to project sites and conduct site inspections/site recce when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, consultants, and project teams.

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites.

Conduct site inspections and site recce to monitor project progress and work quality.

Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, workers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Monitor construction work to ensure it follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Perform basic site measurements and assist with project documentation.

Monitor work progress and report any site issues or delays to the project team.

Assist in coordinating materials, manpower, and site activities.

Ensure the site is maintained in a safe and organized condition.

Perform other site-related duties assigned by Management.
