Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous administrative experience will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support daily operations.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and other office matters.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
