Our client is a leading organisation seeking an IT Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and central IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and identify opportunities where technology can improve operations.
• Develop practical IT solutions to address business challenges.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Work with infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and central IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Support IT strategy, structure and process improvements.
• Coordinate IT activities across different teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT / technology experience.
• Strong technical foundation across IT infrastructure, Windows / Microsoft 365, workplace technology and systems.
• Exposure to automation, cloud and application deployment.
• Good understanding of IT operations and technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong solutioning and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing teams or IT activities.
• Able to work across different technical and business teams.
