Responsibilities
Job Duties
Perform quantity surveying duties
Prepare tender documents, quantities taking off by software and pre-tender estimation
Attend tender interviews, measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, prepare final accounts
Attend site inspections, site meetings with sub-contractor
Liaise with contractors, specialist, suppliers and related parties
May work for different types of project such as New Building, Redevelopment, Residential, Commercial or other challenging projects etc
Requirements
Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services or equivalent qualifications
For AQS: At least 1 year working experience, fresh graduate are also welcomed
For QS: Minimum 3 years working experience, or 1 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS; HKIS is preferable
For SQS: Minimum 5 years working experience, and 3 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS; HKIS is preferable
