Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
• Work with stakeholders to define processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Support ServiceNow implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare business requirements and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow processes and implementation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
