Summary: The Maintenance Technician shall work closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Executive to execute maintenance works which includes troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and planned preventive maintenance of plant machinery, utilities and building facilities.

• To carry out maintenance work according to Company Safe Work Practice by using the right PPE and equipment to perform the maintenance job.

• To carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all machines and equipment as specified in the PM program/ schedule and must ensure PM Checklist is filled and filed accordingly.

• To be able to diagnose and repair faulty equipment (breakdowns) on a timely manner to minimize technical downtime to meet the Maintenance target.

• To perform routine machines/ equipment check daily as assigned.

• To respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed for building and facility utilities.

• To maintain accurate of maintenance logs and reports in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

• To perform duties safely and comply to SHE and PAC established safety standard.

• To apply basic 5S standard in the workplace including keeping and organizing spare parts and working tools
