Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory or stock checking is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to perform physical stock counting and warehouse work.

• Good numerical skills.

• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

• Check incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents.

• Verify product quantity, item codes and condition of goods.

• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory checks.

• Identify and report stock discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Assist in stock reconciliation and investigation of inventory variances.

• Ensure goods are properly labelled, arranged and stored.

• Maintain accurate checking records and documentation.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Inventory teams regarding stock matters.

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
