Responsibilities
Thinkers' Vault Pte Ltd., the holding company for illum.e, is looking for conscientious administrative assistants / administrative executives to help in admin work.
Locations:
1) Jurong East (filled)
2) Novena (1 available)
3) Bukit Timah (filled)

Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment and Enrolment:
Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Admissions Coordination:
Coordinate the admissions process, maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, prerequisites, and any changes in admission policies to provide accurate advice.
Customer Service and Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolment-related inquiries, offering prompt, courteous, and comprehensive support. Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the enrolment process, ensuring a positive experience for students and parents.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and confidential student records, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions and enrolment status.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to foster a supportive and engaged community. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for students into their academic programs.
Work Requirements:
Five Day Work Week (1 weekend) if full time

Candidates who are able to work both weekends can expect better renumeration.
Evening weekday working hours from 4pm or weekend 9am if Part Time (hourly rate).
Work Hours - 8 hours from 10am (Flexi start time)
