Manage assigned accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to renewal, upsell, and expansion.

Identify accounts at risk of churn, diagnose the root cause, and build a recovery plan to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Recommend solutions based on the customer's actual problem rather than simply introducing available products or features.

Follow up consistently on proposals, renewals, unresolved issues, and opportunities until there is a clear outcome.

Bring recurring customer problems, objections, product gaps, and market feedback back to the company so the business can improve its offering.

Prioritise accounts and opportunities based on revenue potential, urgency, churn risk, and likelihood of conversion instead of treating every account the same.
