Company Introduction: Howards Technology, a facility engineering group company specializing in engineering design, project execution in the Nano-Micron electronics, life science and general industries, with headquarter office in Singapore and Operations/Offices in International.

Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above in Plumbing, Environment Engineering or relevant;

• Over 7 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company;

• Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred;

• English working capability is required and Malay Chinese is preferred;

• Familiar with CAD application;

• Familiarity with NFPA and FM Approval is preferred;

Role Description：

• Responsible for the overall calculation and design of Plumbing systems including but not limited to domestic（cold/hot) water supply, industrial city water supply, sanitary drainage, storm water, fire hydrant, fire sprinkler, fire extinguisher, fire suppression, and RODI/WWTP supporting systems in accordance with project requirements, client specifications and relevant GB codes and international standards;

• Lead the team to complete the concept design, preliminary design, detailed design and IFC of plumbing systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process;

• Leading and coordinating discipline interface;

• System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;

• Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;

• Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
