We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, and key account opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, hotel presentations, site inspections, and networking activities.
• Manage key accounts and maximize revenue opportunities across hotel facilities and services.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
• Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, leisure, and/or travel trade markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
