Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead all marketing pre-opening activities, including brand positioning, launch campaigns, communications planning, content creation, and go-to-market initiatives
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and advertising channels
Build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen the hotel's market presence across key target audiences
Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, and Operations to support commercial objectives and revenue growth
Lead media relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and publicity initiatives
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance to maximise return on investment
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategy
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Marketing team
