Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Quality Control, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or quality inspection is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and inspection methods.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or quality issues.
• Able to follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality specifications.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection results and preparing reports.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Scope:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production (IPQC), and finished products (FPQC) to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor production operations to ensure products meet the required quality specifications.
• Inspect, test, and measure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to quality standards and procedures.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Recommend corrective actions or process adjustments to address quality issues.
• Accept or reject materials and finished products based on inspection results and established specifications.
• Communicate inspection findings and quality issues to the relevant departments for follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality documentation.
• Verify that finished products meet quality requirements before approving product release, in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, safety requirements, and relevant standards.
