Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements
Maintain and verify financial records, investment transactions and asset valuations relating to funds and private equity
Process and reconcile investment trades, capital calls, distributions and cash movements
Perform reconciliations of general ledgers, bank statements, balance sheets and supporting schedules
Maintain investment schedules, portfolio records and financial summaries
Prepare monthly management reports for shareholders
Review annual statutory filings and tax return documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Liaise with external auditors, Singapore and US tax agents, bankers and corporate secretaries
Assist with bank account opening procedures and related documentation
Coordinate with Hong Kong colleagues on accounting and financial matter
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Min 2 years experience in relevant roles
Working Location: Raffles
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 545pm)
Salary: Up to $5000
1 Year Contract, Subject to extend or convert to perm
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
