We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B business. Reporting directly to the business owner, the successful candidate will coordinate staff, review financial records, manage purchasing and deliveries, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across the company’s outlets.
• Plan staff work schedules, assign duties and monitor work performance.
• Coordinate with outlet supervisors and staff to resolve operational issues.
• Review sales reports, expenses, invoices and payment records, and follow up on discrepancies with the finance team.
• Coordinate purchasing, stock replenishment, incoming goods and outgoing deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain service standards, food hygiene practices and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Handle daily operational matters and escalate significant issues to the business owner.
• Provide regular updates to the business owner on operations, staffing, financial matters and work plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control operating costs.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in F&B operations and team management.
• Ability to coordinate staff and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Ability to review basic financial records and inventory reports accurately.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work independently and report directly to the business owner.
