Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Compliance with food safety standards. 

Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and optimize stock control.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and customer preferences.

Address customer complaints and feedback in atimely and effective manner.

Job Requirements:

Relevant experience in coffee shop / F&B operations.

Understanding of health and safety regulations in a cafe setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work on Public Holiday and Weekends.
