We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. If you enjoy connecting with people, managing full-cycle recruitment, and bringing creative ideas to employer branding. This role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.

•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.

•Drive employer branding activities across social media and career events.

•Use ATS (Moka HR) and digital tools to manage and optimize recruitment processes.

•Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders for a smooth hiring experience.

Key Skills & Capabilities

•Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (2–3 years).

•Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.

•Proficient in ATS and HR systems; organized and able to manage multiple roles.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Creative with fresh ideas for employer branding and talent engagement.

•Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
