We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to keep our production systems stable and make our deployment process faster and more reliable. You’ll work across development and operations: automating releases, resolving production issues, and building tools that cut down errors and improve the experience of the people who use our systems.

What you’ll do

• Deploy updates and fixes to production, and provide Level 2 technical support
• Perform root cause analysis on production incidents and drive them to resolution
• Write scripts and automation for deployments, configuration management and change processes
• Build internal tools that reduce recurring errors and improve the customer experience
• Develop software that integrates with internal back-end systems
• Create and maintain procedures for troubleshooting and system maintenance

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform for automation and infrastructure as code
• Experience with containers (Podman or Docker) and artifact repositories (Nexus)
• Working knowledge of Linux, databases and SQL
• Scripting ability (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Good to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Familiarity with Git workflows and Confluence for documentation
• Experience in a production support or on-call environment
