We are looking for a Social Media Executive to support the daily management and execution of social media content, helping to keep our brand active, engaging, and connected with its audience.

Location: KL Gateway Mall (nearby LRT Universiti)

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about Social Media, Content Creation or Digital Marketing

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

• Familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and WeChat

• Interested in short-form videos, social media trends and content creation

• Creative, willing to learn and able to work well with a team

• Social Media / Marketing experience is an added advantage

This role is more than just posting content. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Content Creation, Community Engagement, Campaign Execution and Social Media Analytics while building your Digital Marketing skills.

• Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and other platforms

• Create engaging posts, captions, short-form videos and visual content

• Create and support bilingual content in English and Chinese

• Respond to comments and messages while maintaining active community engagement

• Work closely with design and marketing teams on campaign materials

• Monitor key metrics including engagement, reach and CTR

• Support campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives
