Senior Executive – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – PPC to manage production planning, scheduling, material requirements, and inventory control to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, machine capacity, and manpower requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks, resolve scheduling issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety, and company requirements.
• Mentor junior planning team members and support S&OE activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per hour
