Job Description Consult with customers to understand their health, lifestyle, and wellness needs. Recommend suitable Coway products and services based on individual customer requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and services. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, promotions, and marketing activities. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales and customer retention. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Assist customers throughout the registration, purchase, and after-sales process. Participate in company training, promotional events, and marketing activities. Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales activity reports. Stay updated on Coway products, services, and relevant health and wellness information.
