Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance.

• Develop and implement procurement plans and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

• Lead and manage the procurement team.

• Work with department heads and key suppliers to define requirements, establish and monitor SLAs, and control costs.

• Improve procurement and purchase-to-payment processes, including digitalisation.

• Identify and manage supply chain and procurement risks.

• Manage sales related bidding processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies.

• Prepare procurement reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree holder; professional procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience with proven team leadership and people management experience.

• High integrity with sound professional and ethical standards.

• Proven track record in delivering cost savings, cost control, and business value.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management and C-level executives.

• Experience in procurement process digitalization and improvement is an advantage.

• Experience in F&B and facilities management procurement preferred. Experience in large-scale venues, precincts, or similar operations is an advantage.
