Requirements
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in inventory management and stocktaking is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and process daily warehouse data in ERP and WMS systems.
- Record and track returned parcels and logistics exceptions.
- Coordinate urgent shipments, order preparation, and stock allocation.
- Liaise with logistics providers for parcel collection and shipment arrangements.
- Perform other administrative and warehouse support duties assigned by management.
