- Oversee day-to-day outlet activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage site maintenance and ensure equipment is working properly.

- Hire, schedule, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.Conduct staff performance assessments and provide ongoing coaching.
- Handle staff rosters, performance issues, and team communication.
- Monitor the guest experience and ensure high standards of hospitality.
