Talentia Consulting Hiring! Full Time Commercial Partner – Asia in - Ricebowl

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, internationally experienced Business Development professional for an international manufacturer specializing in bags, backpacks, luggage, and soft goods, with manufacturing operations in China and Vietnam.

This is a unique opportunity to drive international business growth and progressively take over key commercial relationships as part of a long-term succession plan.

What you'll do:

• Develop new business opportunities with international brands across Europe, the US, and Asia.
• Build relationships with brand headquarters, sourcing offices, procurement teams, and product development teams.
• Drive sales growth by connecting international brands with manufacturing capabilities in China and Vietnam.
• Work closely with the current Senior Commercial Partner to ensure a smooth transition of client relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Strong international B2B sales / business development experience, ideally in bags, backpacks, luggage, textiles, soft goods, OEM/ODM manufacturing, or consumer goods sourcing.
• A proven track record in new business development and international account growth.
• Fluent professional English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Based in Asia and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with a base/retainer + commission structure, with long-term earnings strongly linked to sales turnover generated.

Compensation: Flexible, depending on experience and the proposed engagement model (full-time, part-time, or commercial partnership). Year 1 includes a base/retainer and an approved business development budget, plus commission.
