About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR & Admin Executive who can independently handle day-to-day HR and admin for a group of companies, covering our corporate, tech, sales, education and restaurant teams. You will work closely with relevant department heads.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including part-timers for our restaurant
• Handle onboarding, contracts, HR letters, probation and exit clearance
• Independently prepare monthly payroll for both companies and process EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD, including EA Forms and Form E
• Administer attendance, leave and employee records
• Handle disciplinary documentation, grievances and performance reviews (including PIPs)
• Maintain F&B compliance records (food-handler training, typhoid vaccination)
• Manage employment pass and work permit documentation (ESD/MDEC)
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors on general office admin
• Help build a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR & admin experience
• Proven hands-on experience running full payroll and statutory submissions
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, tech or multi-company settings is a plus
• Expat/foreign worker admin experience is an advantage
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll systems

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
