Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd(formerly Sing Wah Air-Con Engineering) is a Singapore M&E engineeringcontractor established in 1996. We deliver New Build Projects, A&ARetrofitting, and Service & Maintenance, with a project portfolio spanningairport, government, hospitality, commercial, industrial and residentialdevelopments.

We are BCA-registeredunder ME01 Air-Con, Refrigeration & Ventilation (L6), ME05 ElectricalEngineering (L5) and ME15 Integrated Building Services (L6). We are alsocertified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and bizSAFE STAR.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle full set ofaccounts, including AP, AR, general ledger and bank reconciliations
2. Perform month-end andyear-end closing, and prepare management reports
3. Prepare and submitquarterly GST returns
4. Track project costs,progress claims, retention sums and receivables against project budgets
5. Process supplier andsubcontractor payments, and follow up on outstanding collections
6. Liaise with externalauditors, tax agents and banks
7. Support budgeting,cash flow monitoring and ad hoc finance tasks

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree inAccountancy or Finance, or ACCA/equivalent
2. At least 2 years offull-set accounting experience
3. Knowledge of SingaporeGST and SFRS
4. Experience in theconstruction or engineering industry, especially project costing and progressclaims, is an advantage
5. Proficient inaccounting software and Microsoft Excel

What We Offer

• 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
• Outpatient medicalclaims of up to $50 per MC (upon confirmation)
• Annual healthscreening of up to $250 (upon confirmation and completion of 1 year of service)
