Location: Eunos, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 1 year contract, subject to extension or conversion

Salary: up to $3,800/month (based on relevant experience)

About the Role

You will provide administrative and operational support by updating customers’ personal information, handling email enquiries and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customers’ personal particulars update requests as both a maker (updating records) and checker (verifying the updates for accuracy).

• Monitor and respond to enquiries received through the team’s common mailbox.

• Perform basic data cleansing to identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete records.

• Conduct post-production checks to verify that updates have been processed correctly.

• Sort returned mail and record the relevant information in Excel for subsequent upload.

• Support other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.

• Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements, identify potential risks and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline. Relevant insurance certifications are preferred.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry or an administrative role.

• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.
