Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Support telecommunication software project delivery, system configuration, testing and integration.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 (L2/L3) technical support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Perform system configuration, maintenance and upgrades to support business operations.
Prepare test cases and conduct system testing across project phases.
Coordinate with project teams, external partners and vendors on system integration and technical issues.
Investigate technical problems and provide timely solutions to customers.
Support other project-related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of at least one of the following: MySQL, PL/SQL, Linux, Python or Shell Scripting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Experience in telecommunication BSS projects will be advantageous.
