About Klinik Farah

Klinik Farah is looking for a responsible, friendly, and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Seksyen 7 (Sempadan Nilai).

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage patient records.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Handle patient appointments and enquiries.
• Perform basic administrative and clinic duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the clinic is well-organised.
• Assist with stock management and medical supplies.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor or clinic management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Must be 20 years old and above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Friendly and polite when dealing with patients.
• Willing to work according to the clinic's operating hours.
• Previous clinic experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.

Work Location: Klinik Farah, Bandar Bukit Mahkota, Seksyen 7 (Sempadan Nilai).
