Objectives:

We are looking for a Special Project Offier to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience and build company talent pipeline and pprepare them to be future stars of the company.

PWI Special Project Program Contain:

• 24 months program with job rotation
• Gain hands-on experience across various departments including BusinessCorrespondence, Commercial as eCommerce , Marketing , Sales
• Develop professional communication skills by drafting and managing business correspondence.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives, working closely with senior management to drive company goals and objectives.
• Designed to nurture/grow the ‘young talent’, developing leaders with us, whilst continually strengthen
• Trainees shall be assigned to departments within the commercial office (Shah Alam - HQ) and manufacturing site to develop business knowledge and leadership skills, as talent pipeline to grow and develop with us.

Program Structure:

• Candidates will be assigned to a Special Project or an Assignment on a quartley basis for first year and followed with 6 months projects duration under the ECB Board Leadership (which consist of CEO, COO, Chief Commercial Director, Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Business Strategies Officer)
• He or she will go through coaching, mentoring, Learning and Engagement sessions

Program Requirement:

• Fresh graduates or candidates < 1.5 years working experience
• Min CGPA of 3.3 or 2nd Class Upper Honors Degree / professional qualification from a reputable academic institution
• Excellent record of extra-curricular achievements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and computer literate
• Confident, independent, strong team orientation and leadership potential
• Passionate to work in Food Industries.
• Willing to travel around within Malaysia and overseas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
