Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of outlet operations, customer service, stock control, and cash handling.
- Able to monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to achieve sales targets and maintain outlet service standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening, closing, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Supervise staff, manage duty rosters, monitor attendance, and provide training.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, promote upselling, and support sales target achievement.
- Manage stock inventory, minimise wastage, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and outlet service standards.
- Prepare operational reports and report issues to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
