We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the hardware industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of sales supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and basic knowledge of hardware products.

The successful candidate will oversee daily sales operations, motivate the team to achieve sales targets, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and training to sales staff.
• Ensure product displays, shelf cleanliness, and stock availability are properly maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Assist in planning and implementing sales promotions and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely replenishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales supervision.
• Retail management experience is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of hardware products is an advantage.
