1. Prepare tea and other assigned beverages according to approved recipes, portions and presentation standards.

2. Measure ingredients and manage steeping, mixing, temperature and serving quality consistently.

3. Receive beverage tickets, prioritize orders and coordinate collection or delivery during peak periods.

4. Prepare daily ingredients, toppings and garnishes; label and store them using safe food-handling practices.

5. Clean and sanitize beverage equipment, worktops and tools; complete opening and closing checklists.

6. Check ingredient levels, reduce wastage and report stock shortages or faulty equipment promptly.

7. Assist customers with product questions and support counter or service operations when required.
