Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage menus.

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and promote menu items where appropriate.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Daily Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
• Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Teamwork & Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Working Schedule

• Working days: Monday to Friday only.
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Off.
• Public Holidays: Off.
• No weekend or public holiday shifts required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop barista skills.
