Job Purpose

Coordinate soft service (landscape, pest control and cleaning) on the operation and maintenance activities at UTHM.

Job Responsibilities

• To manage on the Operation & Maintenance activities; to manage operation movement, train, monitoring, evaluate work assigned, follow up work execution, keep good relationship with clients, and verify work order and daily inspection form. Also, to manage outsource vendor/contractor movement, training, monitoring, evaluate work assigned and follow up on the execution.
• To manage on the ad – hoc and corrective maintenance activities includes complaints / request / self-finding. To monitor work order status from helpdesk and verify once work order completed done by technicians for closing.
• To prepare the scheduling, checklist, check, verify and review check for improvement on Planned Preventive Maintenance.
• To manage, monitor, verify service report and update to Asset Manager on the Planned Preventive Maintenance works carried out by third party contractors.
• To identify any parts / items to purchase, request for quotations from suppliers.
• To share the updated information on the company matters which includes as motivation to subordinate (if any).
• To perform any others related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company.

Education/ Professional Qualification

Possess at least a Technical Certificate / Diploma in Soft Service or any equivalent

Professional Experience

• Experience in supervision and leading
• Experience in building facilities.
• Experience on the troubleshooting and any technical issues.
• Experience in soft services of any facilities.
