Working Hours: Rotating Shifts

Position: Restaurant Captain
JOB SCOPE
Welcome guests and build positive customer relationships
Take orders and recommend menu items
Upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experience
Serve food and drinks professionally
Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
Support daily restaurant operations and service improvements
REQUIREMENTS
Prior F&B service experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
