Responsibilities

• To provide services to customers with the maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Programming of Fire Alarm Panels and Systems: Configure and program fire alarm control panels, addressable devices, and related systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Notifier).
• System Testing and Commissioning: Conduct functional and acceptance testing of integrated fire protection systems, and debug software-related issues in the field.
• Fire System Design & Integration: Design, implement, and maintain fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems in compliance with local and international standards
• To assist in proposing, and recommending contracts to customers
• To assist service dept and promote the renewal of existing contracts
• To identify and promote system upgrades to customer as and when required
• To perform preventive/corrective maintenance and periodic inspection on Fire Protection System at client's premises.
• Solve complex issues and restore the client’s system operation
• To provide regular feedback to customers and the Company on project progress and to ensure that excellent communication is delivered.
• To ensure that all project administration is carried out efficiently and effectively and to produce management data and reports if required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on job progress.
• To conduct regular training to corporate customer was when required.

Qualifications & Competencies

The incumbent should possess: -

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Engineering/IT/Building Technology or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in fire protection system
• Basic understanding of fire alarm system programming
• Foundational skills in cable troubleshooting and device connectivity
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting and interpreting drawings
