We are seeking an experienced Technology Transition Lead on behalf of our client to drive technology capability expansion and transition initiatives across multiple markets. You will partner with senior technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop business cases and oversee the migration of technology functions into centralised delivery models while ensuring operational stability and successful transitions.

• Manage relationships with technology leadership across assigned markets.
  
• Assess existing technology operations, including permanent staff, contractors and vendor-delivered services.
  
• Develop transition scope registers covering roles, capabilities, costs and delivery risks.
  
• Establish cost baselines and business cases in collaboration with Finance.
  
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities to expand centralised technology services.
  
• Plan transition timelines based on business priorities and operational readiness.
  
• Assess service continuity risks and maintain stable production support throughout transitions.
  
• Oversee transition activities, including knowledge transfer, shadowing, dual running and cutover.
  
• Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders on workforce transitions and local requirements.
  
  
  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, operations, transition or migration.
  
• Proven hands-on experience transitioning technology functions into centralised, offshore or shared services delivery models.
  
• Strong technical understanding of engineering and technology support operations.
  
• Commercial acumen in cost analysis, vendor spend and business case development.
  
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
