·       Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

·       8+ years hands-on software / system development, with 3+ years as an architect.

·       Proven track record as lead architect on at least 2 systems delivered end-to-end, preferably government, defense or CII.

·       Still codes and debugs hands-on (e.g. Java, C#/.NET, C++ or Python) across OS, network and application layers.

·       Strong in system integration (APIs, message brokers), Linux/Windows, virtualisation / containers and networking.

·       Good knowledge of security, privacy and compliance in the government domain.

·       Able to explain technical issues clearly to management, customers and vendors.

·       Good to have: C2 / command centre, sensor (radar, EO/IR) or GIS experience; TOGAF, CISSP or similar.
