Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

• Review M&E drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies and follow up on solutions.

• Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.

• Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and RFIs.

• Monitor installation progress and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

• Attend coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.

• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, rectification works and handover documents.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in M&E coordination.

• Able to read and interpret M&E, architectural and structural drawings.

• Familiar with building services systems, installation methods and applicable requirements.

• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage assigned tasks and follow through on outstanding issues.
