As we continue expanding across Malaysia and the region, we’re looking for an organised, resourceful and hands-on Sales & Marketing Operations Executive to support the execution of our sales, marketing, e-commerce and brand activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across different projects, coordinating with people and making sure things get done.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

• Highly organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Resourceful, proactive and willing to be hands-on with both operational and on-ground work.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and quick to learn new digital and productivity tools.

• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Able to support occasional events outside normal working hours when required.

• Coordinate athlete programmes, brand collaborations and partnerships, keeping track of activities, deliverables and follow-ups.

• Bring events and activations to life by coordinating logistics, setup, materials, product stocks and on-ground execution.

• Manage e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfilment, inventory coordination and marketplace administration.

• Keep day-to-day sales and marketing activities running smoothly through effective coordination, documentation and follow-up.

• Source merchandise, marketing materials and vendors, from quotations and ordering through to delivery.

• Maintain accurate trackers and records, and work across teams and external partners to keep projects moving on time.
