Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Workflow & Automation Developer to join our growing Digital Workflow Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, develop, and implement innovative workflow and low-code solutions that transform the way our organization operates.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
Design, develop, and support workflow and business process management solutions
Configure and customize low-code platforms
Integrate applications with internal and external systems through REST APIs and web services
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to deliver innovative digital solutions
Support solution deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Contribute to workflow governance and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
At least 1 year of experience in software or application development
Experience with low-code or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Nocoly, Mingdao Cloud, Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, etc.)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, JSON, REST APIs, and system integration
Understanding of workflow automation and business process management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
