Experience in sales, recruitment, livestreaming, entertainment/media, or KOL/KOC management is an added advantage

Recruit potential live hosts through social media, recruitment platforms, and other channels

Communicate with potential hosts, arrange interviews, and manage the signing and onboarding process

Maintain good relationships with hosts and follow up on their livestreaming activities and progress

Assist hosts in resolving issues during livestreams

Work closely with the operations team to improve host performance

Monitor recruitment data, host performance, and conversion rates

Achieve the recruitment and operational targets set by the company
