Job Requirements

• Diploma or above; Supply Chain / Logistics related major is preferred

• Practical warehouse experience, experience in electronic spare parts or high-value material warehouse is preferred

• Familiar with full basic warehouse workflow: receiving, putaway, outbound, return and stocktaking

• Detail-oriented, able to conduct stocktaking for bulk and small spare parts

• Skilled in computer and basic Excel; WMS experience is an advantage

• Working English, fluent reading & writing, able to understand English emails with basic oral communication

• Responsible, good execution and risk awareness

Work Location：Industri Waja area, 09000 Kulim, Kedah.

Job Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations across multiple sites in Malaysia (HUB, NSM, PIE spare parts warehouse). Perform transfer receiving, putaway, outbound, delivery coordination, defective parts return, inter-warehouse transfer and stocktaking. Complete tasks within required timelines, handle bulk materials and high-value spare parts carefully to prevent mis-dispatch, damage and loss.

• Follow SOP for receiving, outbound and reverse return. Assist with cycle count and special stocktaking, record inventory variance and support corrective actions. Help monitor four KPIs: receipt timeliness, outbound timeliness, delivery timeliness, inventory accuracy.

• Operate WMS and customer business systems. Prepare customer required reports. Use Excel to organize data on inventory, lead time and variances. Track abnormal work orders and support root cause review for deduction cases.

• Assist to liaise with customer contacts and support customer warehouse visits & on-site requests. Share updates with China headquarters. Coordinate with local vendors for transport and racking. Help handle customer complaints such as goods damage, delay and slow stocktaking.

• Support evaluation of warehouse layout and racking equipment. Report operational risks including manpower shortage and high-value material risk. Comply with rules for asset protection and compensation for lost or damaged goods.
