Business Administration Intern (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
Internship Duration: Minimum 6 months
Allowance: Up to RM2,000/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Intern to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration, logistics operations, and day-to-day business activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with daily administrative and logistics-related tasks
• Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports
• Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
• Support logistics coordination and follow-ups
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
