Requirements
Minimum 15 years' experience in banking, leasing or financial services.
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong experience in secured Loans and asset-based financing products.
Strong relationships within SME, Commercial Banking, and Local Corporate segments.
Relevant experience in Equipment Lease, Rental and Financing business is a significant advantage.
Experience in vendor financing programmes and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute business strategies to grow Business Loan, Operating Lease and Equipment Financing portfolios.
Acquire and manage relationships with SME, Commercial, and Local Corporate customers.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business teams.
